This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Data (as defined below) and other information collected while you are using or inquiring about Cypheme SAS’s (“Cypheme,“ “we,“ “us,“ or “our“) products and services, including, without limitation software, software as a service (“SaaS”), hardware, equipment and professional services (collectively, the “Services“) or interacting with our website, www.cypheme.com or  www.cypheme.co (the “Websites“) or other domains and subdomains belonging to Cypheme SAS. As you use or inquire about the Website and Services, we want to be clear about the Personal Data we collect and how we use that Personal Data. Different parts of the Website collect different pieces of information, depending upon which features of the Website or Services you are using and if you are a visitor or a registered user.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the messaging service to see if you are using it.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How We Share Information

Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information collected through the Website and Services, both during transmission and once we receive it. Our Website and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
